The artwork you see on the website will always look better in person. But if it’s not exactly what you expected, below you will find all important information about delivery options, costs and delivery time.

The processing policy takes between 7 - 21 business days (excluding weekends) from payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. We ship worldwide but, some tolls, taxes, and other fees not indicated in the total price may apply to international shipments. Such duty is entirely on customer, that will have to pay the amount to the courier or competent authoroties. Keep in mind that the delivery times are estimated only. Andrea Solaja will not take any responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen goods once your order has shipped, but will investigate any specific situations. Andrea Solaja will not be held liable for any issue or delay caused by the courier used for the shipment. The deliveries will be posted to the address you provide, so please double check your order dispatch email to ensure that the address is the right one. No responsability will be taken for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

The cost of shipping includes all handling, packing and postage costs.

The total shipping cost varies according to the weight and dimensions of the shipment.

Extra-CE Cardboard tube: the frame of the painting is not included.

No Extra-CE tax is applied to any orders shipped overseas. However, the purchaser of the items will be responsible for any importation taxes, duty or charges levied at the point of importation. Since January 2021 that includes all countries in Europe.

In case of missed collection, ( 2 attempts ) the goods will return to the headquarters in Italy. Shipping cost already paid will be withheld from your refund. Goods must necessarily return to our space in Italy in order to start the refund procedure.

  • Time to decide

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving reasons, within 14 business days. The withdrawal period expires 14 business days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the last good. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Art Space Andrea Solaja - Via degli Artisti 6, 34121 Trieste (TS) e-mail address: andreasolaja@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an explicit statement (e.g. letter sent by post or email). To this end, you can use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

  • Returns

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods will be at your expense; make sure that the package is not damaged.

Please return the goods or deliver them to Art Space Andrea Solaja - Via degli Artisti 6, 34121 Trieste (TS), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

  • Effects of cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments you have made to us, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs deriving from your possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery from offered to us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

  • Immediate refunds

As soon as the artwork is received,  we’ll issue your refund and at the latest seven days from the day we received your notification of your revocation of the return. The refund will be made using the same method of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any costs as a result of such reimbursement. The refund may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the goods, whichever comes first.
